Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Executive. In this role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role will involve creating proposals, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The Sales Executive will serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and relationship-building
- Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting effectively with diverse clients
- Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify trends and opportunities
- Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Sales CRM tools and basic office software
- Self-motivated attitude with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Relevant experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience in the manufacturing or furniture industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
