Position Overview:

We are looking for a fresher HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about human resources and have a basic knowledge of social media for recruitment and employer branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
  • Create and share hiring updates or HR content on social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
