Role & responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition - Drive end-to-end recruitment for business and support functions including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer closure.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management - Own and execute end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement - Design and execute engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and wellness programs that align with our culture and values.
  • HRMIS & Employee Records - Maintain and audit employee records, HRMS data, ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Performance & Feedback Cycles - Coordinate quarterly and annual performance processes, including feedback loops, and manager enablement.
  • HR Dashboards & Reporting - Generate dashboards and actionable insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 6 years of progressive HR experience in Talent Acquisition specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner roles
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and work cross-functionally
  • Strong data orientation with hands-on experience in Excel, HRMS, and reporting
  • Exposure to startups or dynamic work environments is a plus
