Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition - Drive end-to-end recruitment for business and support functions including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer closure.
- Employee Lifecycle Management - Own and execute end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
- Employee Engagement - Design and execute engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and wellness programs that align with our culture and values.
- HRMIS & Employee Records - Maintain and audit employee records, HRMS data, ensure compliance with company policies.
- Performance & Feedback Cycles - Coordinate quarterly and annual performance processes, including feedback loops, and manager enablement.
- HR Dashboards & Reporting - Generate dashboards and actionable insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 6 years of progressive HR experience in Talent Acquisition specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner roles
- Strong understanding of core HR processes
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and work cross-functionally
- Strong data orientation with hands-on experience in Excel, HRMS, and reporting
- Exposure to startups or dynamic work environments is a plus
