Role Senior HR Generalist Company MyOperator Location Noida Sector 2 Summary We re looking for an HR Payroll and Compliance professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Noida This role is crucial for ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while also maintaining our full compliance with all statutory regulations The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented a good communicator and proactive in their approach to work Responsibilities Process full payroll cycle for all employees including calculations for wages deductions and tax Manage all statutory compliances including timely and accurate filings for EPF ESI and TDS Maintain and update employee records within the payroll system Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly Stay updated on new and changing labour laws and their impact on our policies Generate detailed payroll and compliance reports for HR and finance teams Assist with internal and external audits Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance Proficiency with payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and tax regulations Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Benefits Exposure to the full HR lifecycle in a high-growth SaaS company Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership A dynamic and collaborative workplace where innovation is encouraged Access to tools and learning platforms to help you grow in the HR domain
