**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D assets, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure assets align with the project's artistic and technical vision.
- Optimize 3D models for performance while maintaining high-quality visuals.
- Design and refine environments, lighting, and rendering to achieve realistic and immersive visuals.
- Adapt to various styles, from stylized to realistic, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools.

**Requirements:

- **

: -2-4 years of experience as a 3D Generalist.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong skills in texturing using Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Unreal Engine and Unity, particularly in mobile gaming.
- Expertise in hard surface modeling, organic modeling, and environment design.

**Preferred:

- **
- Experience in creating assets for AAA games or animated productions.
- Knowledge of rigging and character animation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse 3D work and creative expertise.
