About the Company:

Knovatik Tech Vision LLC is a leading marketing and lead generation company with operations in India and the USA. We specialize in U.S. insurance verticals including Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, Debt Settlement, SSDI, ACA, Final Expense, and Home Services.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for an energetic and dedicated HR Executive to join our Lucknow branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Maintain employee records and handle documentation for joining and exit formalities.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth induction.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and shift rosters.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist management in performance appraisal processes.
  • Support administrative and operational HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (BPO or Call Center experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a night-shift environment.
