Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, operational, and sales roles. Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across departments. Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements. Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. 2. Salary & Payroll Management Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and performance data for payroll accuracy.
Manpower Planning & Deployment Assess and fulfill manpower requirements for various projects, departments, or branches. Build and maintain a manpower pool to ensure timely supply of skilled and semi-skilled workers. Coordinate with team leaders to allocate staff effectively according to workload and priorities. 4. HR Operations & Policy Implementation Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures suitable for a startup environment. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per statutory norms. Oversee performance management systems, including appraisal cycles and feedback sessions. Promote a positive and productive work culture aligned with company values. 5. Consultancy & External Tie-Ups Identify and collaborate with HR consultancies, manpower agencies, and training institutions for recruitment and development. Negotiate and manage contracts with external HR service providers. Build partnerships with consultants for specialized hiring, payroll services, or compliance support. 6. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues. Conduct engagement activities to improve morale and retention. Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Proven experience in recruitment and manpower management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities in a startup setting. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/Payroll software, and online recruitment platforms.Compensation:
