Job Description: HR RecruiterPosition Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Conduct initial screening (telephonic/virtual) to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
  • Negotiate salary packages and manage offer closures.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Maintain employer branding by providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
