Overview: The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. They are responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the company's overall success through effective recruitment strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep candidates informed during the hiring process
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process
  • Coordinate the onboarding process
  • Research and implement new sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Assist in employee retention and development programs
  • Use HRIS and ATS to manage and organize recruitment processes
  • Maintain the company's culture and values while recruiting
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric, and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Sound judgment and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Great leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Exposure to sourcing and recruiting techniques
