Role Objective

Own two critical pillars of Karyarth:

  1. Client Recruitment Delivery lead a team to achieve hiring & billing targets for high-volume clients (fintech & others).
  2. Internal HR & People Operations – build and run Karyarth's HR department, create processes, dashboards, SOPs, and support organisational growth.
  3. Internal Leadership Hiring – manage all hiring for internal positions and support the CEO on critical leadership recruitments.

You will act as an entrepreneur inside the organisation — accountable for revenue, people systems, and strategic internal talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Client Recruitment Leadership (40%)

  • Handle end-to-end delivery for high-volume clients (e.g., fintech like PhonePe).
  • Manage & train ~10 recruiters to achieve:

  • 3–5 weekly joiners per recruiter

  • 10 confirmed 90-day conversions (billings) per recruiter per month
  • Improved Scheduled Interviewed Selected ratios

  • Monitor data hygiene, pipelines & performance dashboards.

Internal Hiring & HR Ops (25% + 20%)

  • Lead hiring for all internal positions and key organisational projects.
  • Work directly with the CEO on critical leadership recruitment.
  • Maintain and Build Karyarth's HR backbone:

  • Onboarding, background verification, attendance & exit processes

  • Draft & implement SOPs, ZTP, client SLAs
  • Create JDs, run first interviews, allocate jobs
  • Prepare company-wide reports on performance, hiring, attrition, appraisals

Process Excellence & Compliance (15%)

  • Draft SLAs for all repeatable activities.
  • Maintain Zero Tolerance on data errors, rude behaviour, or hiding facts from management.
  • Automate wherever possible (dashboards, trackers, mail templates).

Targets & Revenue Link

  • Billing = 90-day conversion agreed fee.
  • Team billing = 10 conversions per recruiter per month fee.
  • Incentives: Unlimited – the more billings, the higher your earnings (commission shared post-joining). Incentives are credited only after billings are clear post 90 days.
  • Consistency matters: 5 months success in 6 makes you eligible for appraisal.
