Job Description – Human Resources (HR)
Role Overview:
The HR professional is responsible for managing and developing an organization's workforce. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance with labor laws, payroll support, and ensuring a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring the right talent.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Guiding new employees through joining formalities and introducing them to company policies and culture.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring workplace harmony.
- Performance Management: Assisting in goal setting, conducting appraisals, and maintaining performance records.
- Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and arranging training programs for employee growth.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Coordinating with finance to manage salaries, leave records, incentives, and benefits.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring the company follows labor laws, HR policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing events, wellness activities, and recognition programs to boost morale.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR policies
- Proficiency in HR software (HRMS)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: ₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
