Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Lucknow. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The day-to-day tasks include recruiting and hiring, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also handle employee benefits, payroll, and ensure the alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and employee relations
  • Strong performance management and training development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in managing employee benefits and payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
