Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company growth objectives in EV motors, controllers, batteries, and related components.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Companies, dealers, sub-dealers, and clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and streamline project execution.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Regularly meet new Clients, customers, dealers & sub-dealers while collecting sales and service feedback from existing networks.
- Drive business expansion by positioning the company as a key player in the EV components sector.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience, including 2+ years in the EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of EV components, financing options, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
