Aerospace Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Design Professional to lead our R&D team in the conceptual and detailed design of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) airframes and sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative UAV designs that meet performance and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic, propulsion, and software components.
  • Analyze and optimize UAV configurations using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
  • Create detailed 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Conduct structural and thermal testing to validate design performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UAV or aircraft design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design.
  • Experience with composite materials and UAV fabrication techniques.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with autopilot systems and avionics integration.
  • Knowledge of electric propulsion systems and battery technologies.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience designing VTOL, hybrid, or long-endurance UAV platforms.
