Customer Success Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Owning overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
 - Establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services
 - Maintaining and developing customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content
 - Communicating effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learning
 - Maintaining existing customer success metrics and data as directed
 
Other requirements
- Must have completed their education
 - Must be eager and willing to learn and grow
 
Based on performance, this internship will transition into a full-time role
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
