Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling).
  • Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Assist in shortlisting resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and reports.
  • Learn client communication and stakeholder management.
