We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. This internship will provide exposure to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, preparing you for a career in Talent Acquisition. Candidates in Pune can opt for hybrid work, while others may work remotely.

Role & responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Intern Shala, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
  • Support onboarding, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media hiring.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / BBA / Graduates / Postgraduates (preferably in HR or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Candidates from Pune preferred (but open to remote applicants).
  • Eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
