
Customer Success Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who enjoys customer-facing roles to join our Customer Success team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in supporting customers, solving real-world challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support queries with empathy and accuracy, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure customer issues are addressed effectively.
- Document customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Assist in building knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms like Intercom/Freshdesk is a plus.
