Job Title: Sales Head B2C (EdTech/Education Industry preferred)

Location: [Lower Parel]

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: CEO / Director / Business Head.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head with excellent communication skills and strong experience in driving B2C sales in the EdTech or Education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.

  • Design and execute campaigns to maximize lead conversion rates.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results.

  • Monitor daily performance and ensure adherence to sales processes and KPIs.

  • Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Oversee end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.

  • Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads and improve conversion efficiency.

  • Business Growth & Expansion:

  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market penetration.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through smooth onboarding and engagement.

  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals and renewals.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and present sales performance metrics to management.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review reports.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2C sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in EdTech, Education, or similar consumer-focused industry.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
