Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Preferably Chennai

Purple Drive Technologies is a leading provider of Oracle, Cloud, and IT talent management solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across India. This role is focused on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth in the staffing and IT solutions industry, including the ability to bring in RPO-type clients and large-volume hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Business Expansion: Identify, engage, and secure new clients in IT staffing, Oracle, Cloud, digital transformation solutions, and potential RPO/project hiring engagements.

Industry Relationships: Leverage an existing network of decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement leaders, and HR/TA heads to accelerate business growth.

Revenue Generation: Develop and implement a strategic sales approach to achieve ambitious revenue targets, with a focus on high-value accounts and RPO-style outsourcing opportunities.

Account Development: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients and system integrators, ensuring repeat business and account penetration.

Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing—with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition, large hiring mandates, and outsourced recruitment/RPO opportunities.
