Role Description:

This is a full-time Business Development Officer role located on-site in Chennai. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing finances, maintaining strong communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications Required:

  • Qfn: Any UG Degree, MBA., Preferred.

  • Exp: 10 + Yrs.

  • Must be in the Constructions or Interior products selling industry.

Skills Required:

(1) Must be in the Interior products sales like Ceramic products, Modular kitchen units, Residential Products & Almerrah products.

(2) Developing and Implementing strategic thinking and analytical skills.

(3) Experience in project conversions and sale conversions / sale closures.

(4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

(5) Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

(6) Team handling skills and strong leadership skills.

(7) Shouldbe having skills of running marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products.

(8) Must be having the MS-office tools skills (Excel,word,PPT).

(9) Business development skills and data analysis skills.

(10) Ready to travel and relocate.
