Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth for ProjX Solutions. Your experience in packaging or project cargo industries will be a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth.

  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  1. Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging or project cargo industries.

  2. Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the packaging or project cargo industries, including market trends and competitor activity.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop sales plans, and execute them effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
