Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Consultant who will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client business needs, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions and services. Technical training will be provided, so the ideal candidate should bring strong client management skills, consulting mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into solution opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner for client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S. clients, focusing on value delivery.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand client business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present suitable IT solution recommendations.
- Facilitate smooth project execution by aligning client expectations with delivery teams.
- Provide ongoing client support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive account growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in client success, client servicing, account management, or consulting roles within IT services/solutions.
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with solutions.
- Willingness to work in U.S. time zones.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to CRM, Cloud, ERP, or IT solution platforms.
- Experience in consulting or pre-sales discussions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
