Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Client Acquisition Manager who can represent Norlox Solutions at an international standard. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong client relationship acumen, and leadership excellence to drive the next phase of our business growth in India.

This role goes beyond sales — it is about building trust, driving partnerships, and leading a team that defines the company's success story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to build long-term relationships and promote the company's consulting and staffing services.
  • Lead business negotiations, prepare impactful proposals, and deliver strategic presentations to high-level decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition goals, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing acquisition team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
  • Partner closely with internal teams — marketing, HR, and operations — for seamless client onboarding and service execution.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM with accurate data on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Represent Norlox Solutions at industry forums, corporate events, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Present weekly and monthly reports with strategic insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, or business development (consulting or staffing background preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing business targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with an ability to connect with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of global business practices and an ability to operate with international professionalism.
  • Leadership qualities with proven experience in managing and scaling a team.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and passion for excellence.
