Role Description
Job Description – Business Head Impakto
Strategize and Manage multi-channel sales activities (Wholesale, Retail, Ecommerce & B2B) for Impakto to generate revenue.
Identify, recruit and on-board new partners for Retail, Ecommerce & B2B to meet sales goals.
Monitor secondary sales and replenish accordingly, identify fast sellers and ensure the same is available for sale, rotate non-movers and liquidate.
Analyse market trends and accordingly develop Business Development plans to increase sales for Impakto.

Address all business-related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Stay current with latest developments in Ecommerce, Modern Trade and B2B marketplaces and competitor activities.
Coordinate and and develop all existing key accounts for Retail, Modern Trade and Ecommerce with concerned team
Coordinate with Product Development Team in order to plan and execute new product launches across all channels.
Coordinate with marketing team to provide strategic inputs on various brand awareness activities for Impakto.
Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development in a similar industry or leadership role.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable insights for sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail, dealership, and distribution network management is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
