Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and business expansion in the Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, proven leadership, and a successful track record in industrial and government utility sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy, market expansion, and new product launches.
- Manage end-to-end techno-commercial sales cycles and tendering processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients including utilities and EPCs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Oversee bid preparation, pricing strategy, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure collaboration between technical, finance, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of sales experience in High Voltage T&D systems (up to 800kV+).
- Strong knowledge of OPGW, insulators, clamps, and substation fittings.
- Experience in domestic and international tendering.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Experience:
