Role & responsibilities:
Franchise Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of two franchise branches, ensuring both meet corporate standards, targets, and compliance guidelines.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain uniformity in service delivery.
- Coordinate between franchise owners and the corporate office for policy updates, marketing support, and reporting.
Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews of each branch.
Leadership & Team Development
Supervise and support counsellors, admissions officers, and branch administrators across both locations.
- Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.
Coach and mentor staff on counselling techniques, destination updates, and client engagement.
Business Growth & Marketing
Develop and execute local marketing and student outreach plans for both branches.
- Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships within the region.
- Represent the organization in education fairs, webinars, and collaborations with schools or colleges.
Coordinate local campaigns to promote study opportunities across 2025 destination countries.
Student Counselling Oversight
Ensure both branches deliver accurate, ethical, and high-quality counselling for students.
- Stay updated with global university trends, admissions, and visa requirements.
Monitor counselling quality and conversion ratios.
Admissions & Visa Process Supervision
Oversee end-to-end application, documentation, and visa processes.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in student records for all countries.
Liaise with destination-specific teams and universities for admissions support.
Reporting & Financial Management
Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly reports on enrolments, revenue, and conversion performance for both branches.
- Track expenses, profitability, and ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Submit reports to the Regional Head or Country Director.
Preferred candidate profile
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership in multi-branch or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of international education markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and emerging destinations).
- Excellent communication, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to balance operations and growth.
- Proficient in CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.
- 5-7 years of experience in study abroad consulting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or franchise coordination role.
- Experience managing multi-location teams and exposure to multi-country student portfolios (20–25 destinations).

- Student enrolment with packages and visa conversion ratios.
- Revenue growth and branch profitability.
- Franchise compliance and operational audit results.
- Client satisfaction scores.
- Team performance and retention.
