  1. Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.

  1. Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders, RMs and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.

  6. Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5 to 2 years +. No recent promotion.

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹3,300,000.00 per year
