  1. Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.

2..Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Products like Fee Income, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans & Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.

  1. Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders, RMs and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.

  2. Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch.

  3. Branch administration & Regulatory compliance.

  4. Establishing standards and delivery of service.

  5. Preferred candidates would be Existing BMs, RBHs, Imperia RM, Burgundy RM, Affluent RM, Head-ERM, Priority RM (Stan C), Premier RM (HSBC), Citi Gold RM.

  6. Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5 to 2 years +. No recent promotion.

  7. The candidate should not be 'out of a job' unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹3,300,000.00 per year
