Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Cross-Border
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Senior Associate/Manager to join our Cross-Border Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting our international courier solutions, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves a mix of lead generation, prospecting, and managing inbound inquiries, with a strong focus on delivering international shipping solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively scout and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and research.
Respond to inbound leads and understand customer shipping needs and requirements.
Promote and sell international courier and cross-border logistics services to SMEs and corporates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.
Conduct product presentations, online demos, and webinars for prospective clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
Develop a deep understanding of the international logistics market and customer pain points.
Collaborate with internal operations, support, and training teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in logistics or international courier services.
Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals over the phone or video calls.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to research and identify key stakeholders in target companies.
Comfortable working with productivity tools and conducting web-based presentations.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Nice to Have:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Understanding of global shipping, express courier solutions, and cross-border trade dynamics.
