COCO LENI is a handcrafted eyewear atelier from Goa. We design and make bespoke frames using natural materials and precise craftsmanship. Our Panjim store is an intimate, design-led space where customers come for personal attention, style guidance, and accurate vision care.

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Sales Associate / Optician / Optometrist to guide customers through frame selection, lens consultation, and overall store experience. This is a customer-facing role that blends style, product knowledge, and optical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on fit, style, and comfort
  • Conduct accurate eye power measurements (if trained in optometry)
  • Explain lens options and benefits (blue light, progressive, etc.)
  • Maintain store presentation and product display
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic store inventory
  • Ensure every customer has a warm and memorable in-store experience

Requirements

  • Experience as Optometrist / Optician / Retail Sales in eyewear preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to speak English + Konkani/Hindi
  • Basic computer skills for billing and CRM
  • A sense of design and detail is a plus
