WE ARE HIRING – Reservations Associate -

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservations Associate
 to join our team in Goa. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless booking processes and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely responses.
  • Coordinate with operations, front office, and concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor occupancy trends and assist in optimizing revenue.
  • Implement and maintain reservation systems and procedures.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or property management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and revenue management is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary around ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
