We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our sales and marketing team at the Renaissance Goa Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
