Role and Responsibilities: The Presales Executive will be responsible for the following:
  • Cold calling from the provided data to generate leads
  • Fixing appointments with interested customers
  • Consistently follow up with interested leads and gather inquiries
  • Achieving monthly targets set by the management
  • Conducting research about commodities, decision makers, and potential customers through various platforms like Google, Zauba Corp, customers' websites, and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining records of potential customers on Tele CRM platform and in Excel
  • Getting answers to customer queries from the operation team and forming FAQs
  • Reporting the status of follow-ups and new interested clients to the management
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience as a tele marketer is not mandatory
Required Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Working knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati (not mandatory)
  • Database management and organizing skills
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Telecalling and sales experience

Incentives: Monthly incentives will be provided on meeting targets for qualified customer appointments and additional incentives on lead conversion.
Appraisal: Twice a year - after 2 months of performance review and at the end of the year.
