Responsibilities:

a. Identify and engage potential international clients across sectors with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services. Research their business needs and map AGR's offerings to their challenges.

b. Initiate and manage outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to decision-makers, effectively articulating the value of AI and data-based solutions.

c. Nurture leads and manage pipelines — qualify prospects, set up meetings for the sales team, and ensure smooth handovers.

d. Conduct account profiling, contact discovery, and CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining client information for follow-ups and marketing programs.

e. Work closely with the AI solutions team to understand evolving service offerings and adapt outreach narratives accordingly.

f. Exposure to international prospects (North America, Europe, APAC) is preferred.

b. Strong communication and persuasion skills — confidence in articulating technology concepts to business leaders.

c. Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and AI tools.

d. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

e. Curious and self-driven, with a learning mindset toward new AI use cases and solutions

f. Ability to work against tight goals deadlines.
