Position: Specialist Presales & Inside Sales (Female)
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the complete sales cycle from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and sales targets.
- Connect with customers through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
- Handle walk-in clients for residential projects, present project details, and conduct site explanations.
- Respond to customer queries and share required information via email.
- Build and manage sales pipelines through SFDC CRM and report progress regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain weekly sales reports and track productivity vs. targets.
- Build and nurture strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Develop and expand the channel partner network to drive sales.
- Implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and strengthen brand presence.
- Coordinate with the sales team on all projects and monitor client follow-ups for site visits and conversions.
- Lead activities required to achieve walk-ins, targets, and sales goals.
