Position: Specialist Presales & Inside Sales (Female)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the complete sales cycle from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and sales targets.
  • Connect with customers through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Handle walk-in clients for residential projects, present project details, and conduct site explanations.
  • Respond to customer queries and share required information via email.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines through SFDC CRM and report progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain weekly sales reports and track productivity vs. targets.
  • Build and nurture strong customer and channel partner relationships.
  • Develop and expand the channel partner network to drive sales.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on all projects and monitor client follow-ups for site visits and conversions.
  • Lead activities required to achieve walk-ins, targets, and sales goals.
