Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential international clients across sectors with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services. Research their business needs and map AGR's offerings to their challenges.
- Initiate and manage outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to decision-makers, effectively articulating the value of AI and data-based solutions.
- Nurture leads and manage pipelines — qualify prospects, set up meetings for the sales team, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Conduct account profiling, contact discovery, and CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining client information for follow-ups and marketing programs.
- Work closely with the AI solutions team to understand evolving service offerings and adapt outreach narratives accordingly.
- Exposure to international prospects (North America, Europe, APAC) is preferred.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills — confidence in articulating technology concepts to business leaders.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and AI tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Curious and self-driven, with a learning mindset toward new AI use cases and solutions
- Ability to work against tight goals deadlines.
