We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in running Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on website sales and high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads to drive sales.

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements for continuous improvement.

  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.

  • Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API integrations.

  • Create and track custom events for conversions across Google and Meta.
  • Monitor performance with Google Search Console and other analytical tools.

  • Prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights.

  • Optimization & Growth

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

  • Optimize ad ranking, bidding, and targeting to scale sales profitably.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and increase revenue.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Any Graduate. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce / website sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopping Ads, Remarketing, Dynamic Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and maintain high ROAS consistently.
  • Proven record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining profitability.
  • Familiarity with SEO, funnels, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies (a plus).

Job Timing: Monday Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
