About the Role

Mindwave Media is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer / to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and more. If you are passionate about lead generation / campaign optimization / ROI-driven marketing / and enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for planning, executing and scaling paid ads/ across multiple platforms to achieve high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads / Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / YouTube Ads /
  • Manage campaign funnels — awareness / traffic / lead generation / conversions/
  • Conduct keyword research / audience targeting / ad copy testing /
  • Manage budgets, daily pacing & bidding strategies to maximize ROI / ROAS /
  • Analyse campaign data & create weekly/monthly performance reports /
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad creatives / landing pages /
  • Run A/B tests / split testing / for audiences, creatives & landing pages
  • Track important KPIs: CPL / CAC / ROAS / CTR / CPA /
  • Implement UTM tracking / remarketing / custom audiences / lookalike audiences /
  • Work with internal teams to improve lead quality & conversion performance
  • Stay updated with new AI tools / digital marketing trends / platform updates /

Must-Have Skills / Requirements

  • 2–3 years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising /
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads / Search Ads / Display / YouTube Ads /
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads /
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels / conversion tracking /
  • Analytical skills with experience in GA4 / Google Analytics / Excel /
  • Knowledge of AI tools / automation tools / for campaign improvement
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver high-quality results

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience with media / entertainment / events / B2C campaigns /
  • Knowledge of HubSpot / Zoho CRM / marketing automation /
  • Understanding of CRO / landing page optimization /

Education Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA / Digital Marketing Certification (preferred)
