Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all paid campaigns - planning, execution and performance analysis
- Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality
- Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Social, Display, Native, etc.
- Improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, and regular ad & landing page testing
- Understanding of audiences on platforms and devising a strategy
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of e-commerce digital marketing (including shopping Ads)
- Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Testing new channels and platform features to reduce the cost of customer acquisition
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing - new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis.

**Required Skills**:

- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on social/search/analytics/ecommerce.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
- Organized and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
