**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).**:

- **Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing and paid media.**:

- **Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.**:

- **Help manage and track budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated funds and achieve maximum ROI.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos.**:

- **Support the development and implementation of A/B testing strategies to optimise ad performance.**:

- **Assist in the creation of regular reports to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.**:

- **Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and paid media.**

**Performance Marketing Skills**:

- **Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.**:

- **Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and paid media.**:

- **Basic understanding of online advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).**:

- **Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.**

**Preferred qualifications**:

- **Graduate Fresher or Certification in Digital Marketing**:

- **Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.**:

- **Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
