Performance Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora, Reddit, and other ad platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: planning, setup, A/B testing, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.).
- Generate and deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad messaging and landing page experiences with audience needs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes.
- Lead media planning, forecasting, and performance benchmarking for existing and new clients.
- Own client communication and reporting on all performance marketing matters.
- Manage ad account structures, pixel tracking, conversions, and attribution models.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a digital or integrated marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across:

- **Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads**:

- **Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.)**:

- **YouTube Ads**:

- **LinkedIn Ads Manager**:

- **Quora & Reddit**:

- Experience with other social ad platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of ad analytics, attribution models, and funnel tracking.
- Ability to create and manage large-scale media plans and handle multiple client accounts.
- Highly proficient with performance tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple deadlines.
