**Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Advertising)**

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven marketing executive to join our team and manage Meta advertising for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) for multiple clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align ad designs and copy with client goals and campaign strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates, trends, and new ad formats to keep campaigns innovative.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads.
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising platform, tools, and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Basic knowledge of ad copy and creative strategy for digital ads.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Enthusiastic about marketing and continuously seeking out new trends and techniques.
