**Job Summary**:
SINSS Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help manage **Meta & Google Ads**, support social media, and work on basic SEO and WordPress tasks to improve results for our clients. You should be familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB), and have some knowledge of SEO and WordPress.

**Meta & Google Ads experience is mandatory.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance and adjust to improve results.
- Set up and optimize Google My Business profiles to help clients get noticed in local search results.
- Follow best practices for local SEO to improve visibility.
- Help with on-page SEO to improve website rankings.
- Use WordPress to update website content and make basic changes as needed.
- Assist with social media posts, scheduling, and community engagement on client profiles.
- Help plan and run organic social media campaigns to grow followers and engagement.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on campaign progress and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with team to ensure smooth campaign operations and timely delivery.
- Prepare reports to show clients how their campaigns are performing and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience: 1-2 years in digital marketing or advertising.**:

- **Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO and WordPress.
- Familiarity with Google My Business.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and create reports.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle tasks independently.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
