**Responsibility:

- **
- Planning and executing performance/ conversion campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager (FB+IG), Google AdWords, and other programmatic ads and maintaining RoAS targets.
- Drive hands-on campaign setup, management, and optimization including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages, and more to ensure revenue maximization and cost minimization.
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Work with the tech team to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI goals.
- Revenue, CAC, and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimize paid funnel to maximize revenue and Revenue/Cost for our client
- Hands-on execution and optimization of SEM accounts
- Test, scale, and optimize campaigns in Amazon Ads, Google AdWords, Shopping Ads, and other channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Affiliates.
- Search engine marketing
- Paid advertisement
- Ongoing management of monthly budgets across client accounts
- Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure revenue and sales objectives are met
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting in line with Pattern’s reporting framework.

**Requirement:

- Proven experience 1-2 years of managing paid media campaigns on Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
