**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** to join our growing D2C brand. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital performance campaigns across paid media platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Execute performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and others (e.g., Amazon Ads, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Set up ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- **Analytics & Optimization**:

- Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- **Reporting & Insights**:

- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs and present key findings to internal stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing messaging with brand goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if applicable.
- **Tools & Platforms**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other martech platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C/eCommerce setup.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and attribution models.
- Understanding of customer funnels, CAC, LTV, and eCommerce KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or marketing automation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,898.87 - ₹34,866.58 per month
