88 Digital Co. is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale with data-driven strategies, creative storytelling, and performance-first campaigns. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house team and drive ROI-focused campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and manage budgets to achieve target KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Create and present performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
