Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our chemical products, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and strategies to improve market positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
  • Brand Management:
  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective communication strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of chemical products and the chemical industry is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and customer meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
