Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, sourcing, and managing influencers from initial outreach to campaign closure. The candidate should also be capable of planning monthly influencer calendars and should be well-versed in handling platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and source relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram and YouTube.
  • Initiate communication and negotiate collaboration terms with influencers.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns – from onboarding to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Create and maintain a monthly influencer collaboration calendar aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare campaign reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Stay updated with current influencer trends, viral content, and social media updates.
  • Assist in managing brand's Instagram and YouTube accounts, including uploading content, captions, hashtags, and scheduling posts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
