Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, social media knowledge, and creative planning ability to drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities: Influencer Sourcing & Coordination

  • Identify, research, and shortlist influencers across relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Build an influencer database based on brand requirements, niche, audience profile, and campaign goals.
  • Communicate and coordinate with influencers and their managers for collaboration and approvals.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with influencers for timely execution of deliverables.

Negotiation & Collaboration

  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign expectations.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop monthly influencer marketing plans aligned with product launches and social media calendar.
  • Brainstorm content ideas and creative briefs with the marketing and design teams.
  • Monitor influencer content creation and posting schedule.
