We are seeking a talented and skilled **Paid Media Manager** with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, track campaign performance, and optimize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Paid Media Management:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and development to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Communicate campaign performance, challenges, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page conversion rates.
- Implement CRO best practices to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.

**Performance Marketing Skills**:

- Experience developing paid media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Significant management and leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of Ad platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
- Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.
- Clear, confident communication abilities.
- Effective time-management skills.


**Preferred qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 year of experience in performance marketing**, preferably in E-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
